Managers:

  • Ensure compliance with this policy and related directives.
  • Educate staff on personal information protection importance.

Staff:

  • Familiarize themselves with this policy and its procedures.
  • Ensure the protection of accessible personal information.
  • Inform their manager and the Personal Information Protection Officer of any incidents.
